KMRA Tasting Club’s Chef and Operator Forrest Wright is known for elaborate, exclusive prix fixe dinners that involve his guests as much as possible.
Wright has only recently opened up his dinners to the public, although he’s been hosting the tasting club for eight years. His elegant and creatively plated courses are announced in an email a week before each event, which also contains dress code details to add an extra layer of interactivity.

The tasting club isn’t hosted at a set venue. Rather, it rotates venues according to Wright’s vision. No matter how sophisticated the location, Wright’s warm personality and passion for food create a comfortable, inviting environment.
Wright’s biggest event yet is right around the corner. He plans to outdo himself for Valentine’s Day.
There are three options, priced per couple: three courses with a pairing for $250, six courses with accompanying drinks for $360, and 10 customized courses with drink pairings for $450. Feb. 10, 14, and 16 are available for bookings.
Interested parties should contact bookings@kmratastingclub.com to secure their spots.
