Fleet Foxes add new dates to their sold out tour — including Kansas City

In less than a month, Seattle’s dream-pop darlings Fleet Foxes will release their much anticipated sophomore album, Helplessness Blues. In support of that album, they’re heading out on a North American tour that begins in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the end of April. It was originally set to end on May 21 in Pennsylvania. However, those shows are almost all sold-out.

But don’t worry. The band has just added 17 more dates to the tour. In addition to a headlining spot at Chicago’s Pitchfork Music Festival and a show at the Pageant in St. Louis, Fleet Foxes will do the Midwest up right when they swing by Kansas City’s Uptown Theater on Monday, July 18. And we’ve got the ticket presale information.
