Ex-Clay County Auditor William Norris charged after Russ Ptacek investigation that revealed nude photos and stalking charges
Russ Ptacek equals results. The KSHB Channel 41 reporter’s investigation into now-former Clay County Auditor William Norris has led to criminal charges.
Clay County prosecutors charged Norris with a felony for filling “a false sworn affidavit of candidacy” in which he claimed he’d never pleaded guilty or been convicted of a felony (he had). Norris was also charged with a misdemeanor charge related to nude photos that he allegedly distributed of a woman. Norris is looking at up to five years in jail.
