Edwin R. Hall Faces New Charge

Johnson County District Attorney Phill Kline today announced new charges against Edwin R. Hall, who faces murder and kidnapping charges in the Kelsey Smith case. The new charges claim that Hall had “a sexual relationship in 2004 with a

girl who was only 14 years at the time, while Hall was 23 years old,” according to a release from Kline’s office.
