If you find yourself in Parkville craving tacos, K-Tacos & More is the place to be. This lively, family-owned gem has quickly become a local favorite, offering a creative twist on classic taco fare. 

Drawing inspiration from the dynamic spirit of the KC Current, K-Tacos & More serves up bold flavors that match their vibrant interior.

KC Current-inspired hues and vivid Day of the Dead murals featuring intricate skulls and flowers set a lively tone throughout the space. Further leaning into our collective love for the soccer team, they offer The KC Current Bowl ($12.50)—packed with rice, your choice of meat, and topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole.

I sampled three of their signature street tacos ($3.50 each): Asada, Pastor, and Grilled Shrimp—and each one was a flavorful delight. 

The asada was rich and savory, featuring bite-sized pieces of beef that were perfectly tender, without a bland bite to be found. The pastor taco offered a perfect balance of juicy, marinated pork with a hint of sweetness from pineapple. And last but not least, the shrimp in the grilled shrimp taco was perfectly sized, providing the ideal bite to complement the smoky char and fresh toppings without overwhelming the other flavors.
