Betty’s Eddies—a cannabis brand under Massachusetts-based parent company MariMed—is setting the scene for summer in the Missouri cannabis industry. After reviewing a few of the company’s products in January of this year, The Pitch was excited to hear that there is a new flavor hitting the market.
Known as one of the only edible companies that provide cannabis in the form of saltwater taffy, Betty’s Eddies has recently launched its seasonal product Beachtime Betty’s Strawberry Lemonade Chews.
Offering eight different flavors in Missouri, Betty’s Eddies gears each of its edibles toward specific consumer needs, whether that be aiding deep sleep or providing focus-driven boosts. These full-spectrum, all-natural, vegan, dairy-free cannabis chewables pack a punch in every bite, while also serving individuals in whichever fashion is necessary.

After speaking with Betty’s Eddies Brand Director Sara Rosenfield, we had the opportunity to sample the seasonal item. We can gladly say that the product hits the high notes on steady summer vibes.
Beachtime Betty’s Strawberry Lemonade Chews: Upon the first bite, I was taken back to my first time eating Betty’s Eddies. The small but mighty edible’s composition is exactly what you expect when grabbing for a piece of saltwater taffy—a firm chew, but nothing too tough that is going to give you lockjaw. This particular flavor is slightly more tart than sweet, as the lemonade shines heavily initially, with the strawberry leaving a candied aftertaste.
Each package contains ten pieces of taffy, with each chew packed with 10mg THC, 5mg CBG, along with vitamins C and D. The 10mg THC allows for a smooth high while the CBG helps reduce anxiety and acts as an anti-inflammatory. While Missouri may not have an ocean, it does have a few lakes.
