Earthy Huff Jr., KCMO homicide No. 4: Man shot to death at 35th and Garfield

The man found shot at 35th and Garfield early Tuesday morning has died, taking Kansas City, Missouri’s homicide total to four for 2011.

Kansas City police found 55-year-old Earthy Huff Jr. suffering from a gunshot wound in a driveway at 3523 Garfield at 12:59 a.m. He was rushed to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and died later that afternoon.
