Did Bryan Stevenson just say “War of Northern Aggression”?

I do believe that Missouri state Rep. Bryan Stevenson just stuck up for the Confederacy while speaking in favor of a House resolution asking the U.S. Congress to stand against the federal Freedom of Choice Act — a bill that hasn’t been filed but would stop the government from interfering with abortion.

And then apologized.

That was quick. And strange.
