Decision in Planned Parenthood-Phill Kline medical records case tomorrow

The Kansas Supreme Court will decide tomorrow morning whether it will force Johnson County District Attorney Phill Kline to return medical records to Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri. Planned Parenthood sued Kline after he accused the clinic of breaking Kansas law by performing illegal abortions and forging documents. Planned Parenthood wanted back medical records subpoenaed by Kline. We’ve been waiting more than a year for the high court’s decision. Anticipation, it’s keeping me waiting. — Justin Kendall
