Nothing seems as sleazy as not telling your sexual partner that you’re HIV-positive and screwing them bareback. OK, maybe doing it with full-blown AIDS would be worse.

Gutierrez, a 20-year-military veteran and an Air Force sergeant stationed at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, is HIV-positive and a swinger, a really bad mix. He’s accused of his own personal version of don’t ask, don’t tell for not disclosing to the men and women that he was fooling around with that he was possibly screwing them for life.
