Creature Feature: We don’t deserve Tommy, but maybe you do?

Creature Feature is our weekly column where Scott Poore highlights adoptable animals in the metro.

A wonderful volunteer from Prairie Paws Animal Shelter in Ottawa, KS sent us an update on Tommy

“I got to spend a little time with Tommy today and wanted to share photos/video of him. It amazes me how much he’s been through but still loves humans. We don’t deserve him, or any dogs. He walks so well on a leash and enjoys being outside with people. He’s still a little unsure about other dogs, but we will continue to work on that. His hair is starting to grow back on his bald patches and he loves being petted. Thank you to all those who worked to rescue and save his life!”
