Court date pushed back for man charged with killing George Tiller

The man charged with killing abortion provider George Tiller won’t be back in court until July 28. The Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office just issued a press release saying that Scott P. Roeder’s preliminary hearing has been continued from June 30 to July 28 at 9:30 a.m. before Judge Warren Wilbert.
