Corporate FM needs a lot of money
We’re not usually all that jazzed about Kickstarter projects here. If we posted each and every one that came about locally, we’d probably end up doing nothing else. However,
Corporate FM, the film from director
Kevin McKinney, has been getting absolutely rave reviews across the board.
Corporate FM is the story of “local radio disappeared from communities across the U.S. following the Telecommunications Act of 1996,” told via the prism of Lawrence radio station the Lazer.
The film’s Kickstarter is sadly underfunded, however, and needs to raise over $20,000 by 9 p.m. Saturday, June 2. Throw ’em a few bucks, would you?
