Corey McKinley allegedly tries to blackmail man for having sex with 16-year-old girl, asks for a few hundred dollars

This may be the worst blackmail scheme ever — and it’s a cautionary tale for dudes trying to score casual sex on Facebook (or any other site).

The feds say an unnamed confidential informant contacted police on March

28 to report a possible extortion attempt against him. The informant

told police that a young woman claiming to be 17 years old contacted him on

Facebook, and they began chatting online and later exchanged phone

numbers. Guys, I really hate to break it to you. Random girls on Facebook don’t want

to have sex with you. Except the informant met the girl at her house, and they had sex, and the informant is such a swell guy that he agrees to meet the teen the next day, according

to court records. Oh, it does

work, you say? There’s a catch, of course.
