Conversations About Iraq

This traveling project, It Is What It Is, offers an opportunity to discuss the country, history and present situation of Iraq and its role in American life. On hand for discussion are Jonathan Harvey, a psychological operations officer, and Esam Pasha, an Iraqi artist now residing in Connecticut. We encourage you to come to the above Kansas City sites to engage in conversations about the war, the country, the culture, the geography, or simply listen. Please feel free to bring items pertaining to Iraq as they might be an interesting place to begin.
