Comment of the Day: Doug Tipton, man killed at Kona Grill, was a husband, father and businessman

When people are killed in this oftentimes awful city, we don’t know much about the victims without the help of our commenters. Sometimes comments help fill in the blanks. Today’s Comment of the Day goes to CB for telling us a little more about Doug Tipton, the man who died after a fight at Plaza sushi bar Kona Grill in the wee morning hours. CB says: 

I know Doug Tipton very well —- he has not been sick a day in his life — he was celebrating another successful chapter in his business growing in KC — he leaves a wife and 3 children — Doug was only 31 years old. Seizure my a**!
