A chilling report by KCTV5 may have filled in a few of the blanks on why

Clinton Gallagher and his 6-year-old son, Alex, were found shot to death inside a

Lone Jack home on Tuesday night in what may have been a murder-suicide.

Citing court documents filed last week, KCTV5 reported that Gallagher’s wife fear for her life as well as that of her son, who was a kindergartner at Lone Jack Elementary. Reports now indicate that Gallagher fought for and won a concealed-carry permit after pleading guilty to charges of domestic violence.
