Clayton Remoue Dunlap charged with killing Damian Slayton in weekend crash (updated)

Update: New details in the weekend crash that killed 12-year-old Damian Slayton.

Earlier this week, Clayton Remoue Dunlap was charged with second-degree murder and driving with a revoked/suspended license for allegedly causing the multi-car crash at Gregory and 71 Highway.

Jackson County prosecutors filed three additional felony charges Wednesday against Dunlap, who is now charged with resisting a lawful stop, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and driving while intoxicated (a combination of drugs and alcohol).

Dunlap is being held on $50,000 cash bond.
