Cirque de Soleil brings mind-boggling acrobatics to Sprint Center (slideshow)

The Canadian circus franchise that has entertained more than 100 million spectators since its inception in 1984 brings its Alegria show to the Sprint Center this week. It’s a family-friendly affair, complete with farting clowns and eye-popping costumes. But cover the kids’ ears. The flying, contorting and balancing performers accomplish nothing less than holy-shit, WTF feats of acrobatics.

The show continues through Sunday. Click the acrobats (or here) for a slideshow of opening night.
