Well, this will just break your heart. Local filmmaker Chistopher Good‘s new video for the Secret Cities song “Always Friends” has been released, and it’s the cutest and saddest damn thing you’ll see today.

The split-screen video — Good’s first attempt in the medium — tells the story of a geeky friend who longs for his equally nerdy gal pal who is dating a skeezy-looking guy with a basketball. Though she enjoys battling him in role-playing games, she doesn’t like like him. Isn’t that always the way?
