Chris Omigie, KU football player, arrested on suspicion of DUI

If Kansas football coach Turner Gill doesn’t like his players hanging out with girls after 10:30 p.m., he’s definitely not going to be happy with 19-year-old Chris Omigie.

The redshirt freshman wide receiver was arrested early Saturday on suspicion of drunken driving, according to the Lawrence Journal-World. Omigie was stopped near 21st Street and Naismith Drive around 2:30 a.m., proving again that nothing good ever happens after 2:29 a.m.
