Chef Bonnie Winston dies after car accident in Florida
Bonnie Winston, the chef and culinary consultant that The Pitch profiled in 2011, died today from injuries sustained in a serious car accident on March 17 near Sarasota, Florida.
Winston was best known for creating the menu for the trend-setting Prospect of Westport restaurant three decades ago, and for her appearances on KCUR 89.3’s Walt Bodine Show.
