The mayhem on Kansas City’s streets didn’t stop for the holidays.

Charles Williams was shot near East 44th and Virginia around 9:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve, according to Crime Scene KC. The 25-year-old died around 2 a.m. on Christmas Day. There’s not a lot of info out there. If you know something, call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
