Cesar Guzman shot to death early Monday morning; 53 homicides in KCMO in 2012
The victim of this morning’s fatal shooting at 18th and Hardesty has been identified as Cesar Guzman.
Guzman, 22, was found dead outside a home around 2:30 a.m.
Kansas City police have yet to release any suspect information.
