Casey Brezik, accused Metropolitan Community College slasher, was a Facebook revolutionary

Revolution to Casey Brezik apparently meant slashing the throat of a middle-aged dean at a community college.

The 22-year-old Brezik is accused of attacking 55-year-old Al Dimmitt Jr., the dean of instruction at Metropolitan Community College’s Penn Valley campus, before a scheduled press conference by Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon yesterday. Nixon, as you can imagine, canceled his presser because there’s really no way to follow up a stabbing. 

Brezik liked to spread his revolutionary rhetoric to his 24 Facebook friends (I’ve already changed the number twice because people keep unfriending him), including posting just hours prior to yesterday’s attack.
