Calvin Buckner found shot to death at the A-1 Motel; 38 homicides in KCMO in 2012
Kansas City, Missouri’s homicide total is now at 38 for the year after Calvin Buckner was found shot to death at the A-1 Motel (6101 East 87th Street) early Sunday.
Officers responded to a shooting at the motel around 12:15 a.m. The 33-year-old Buckner’s body was found in a public area.
