Bruce Cunningham and Roland Mitchell III accused of killing Orlando Smith outside of party

Orlando Smith was running for his life in a parking lot after a teen dance party let out. Witnesses told police they saw Bruce Cunningham and Roland Wayne Mitchell III chasing the 19-year-old, firing a handgun at him.

Smith was found dead in a parking lot near 15th

and Holmes just before 1 a.m. January 17. Between 150 and 200 people were at the party, which was just letting out at the time of the killing.
