Brooks & Dunn to stop at Sprint Center on ‘Last Rodeo’ tour, tickets on sale Saturday

Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn are hanging it up after 20 years

in the biz — for good, they say, and the fact that they’re not rap stars lends credibility to their claim. The 1990s country radio heavyweights – the

biggest-selling duo in country music history, in fact – will grace the Sprint

Center stage as part of their “Last Rodeo” farewell tour on Friday, August 6 (just four days before their final appearance, in Nashville). Special guests Gary Allan and Tyler Dickerson will open up the show. Tickets

go on sale this Saturday (6/5) at 10 a.m., and hoo boy will that sucker sell

out fast — this is KC, son!

Unfortunately, there’s a bummer lurking here. Even though this a Live Nation show, the promoter giant’s special “No

Service Fees in June” offer, announced yesterday, does NOT apply to Sprint Center shows. And Capitol Federal Park at Sandstone also is not listed among the participating venues. WTF, Live Nation?
