Original story: Brian Euston‘s death has officially been ruled a homicide by the Jackson County Medical Examiner.

Euston is the 24-year-old who was found with a head injury

at Mill Street and Westport Road in mid-October. Euston’s friends told police that they were all

at Kelly’s earlier

on a Sunday morning and left between 1:30 and 2:30 a.m. Euston stayed

behind,

and none of his friends were with him when he was injured.
