Brett Eibner’s injury threatens Royals rookie babe quotient

With Alex Gordon, Mike Moustakas and Salvador Perez out of the Royals’ lineup due to injuries, it’s been hard not to notice that the rookies called up from Omaha and Drew Butera are kinda, well, appealing, and it’s due to more than Whit Merrifield’s solid play, or Brett Eibner’s .400+ hotting, er, hitting streak. 

Yet, with Eibner’s apparent ankle injury, this attractiveness quotient is under threat. Godspeed, Eibner.
