Brendan Connors pleads guilty in staged Overland Park kidnapping to cover up a bank robbery

Make-believe kidnapper Brendan Connors pleaded guilty Monday to his role in last November’s staged kidnapping to cover up a bank robbery.

Connors, 18, pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting embezzlement by a bank employee. That employee is 20-year-old Michael Grace, who has a change of plea hearing scheduled for April 4. It doesn’t take Professor X-like psychic powers to figure out the outcome of that hearing.
