Brandon Simmons and Jason Jeffries expected to get probation in KU ticket scandal

UPDATE: As expected, a federal judge sentenced Brandon Simmons and Jason Jeffries to two years of probation and ordered them to repay thousands of dollars in restitution. They should both thank Cthulhu that they’re not going to federal prison.
