Bomb threat evacuates office building near Union Station (updated)

Update (12:05 p.m. September 15): No bomb was found after the search — better hope those dogs’ noses are good — and traffic is moving again on Main Street. As you were.
Original Story (9:48 a.m. September 15): If you see a bunch of folks standing out in the rain near 23rd and Main near Union Station, it’s due to a bomb threat. Police say someone left a message on an answering machine of a government agency claiming a bomb is in the building.
Police hit the scene around 8 a.m., and bomb-sniffing dogs are searching the building.
