Bedbugs biting residents of Rockhill Manor assisted-living facility

Rockhill Manor is infested with bedbugs. The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services has cited the midtown assisted-living facility at 4235 Locust for bedbugs, The Kansas City Star reported.

Rockhill Manor is home to 108 residents with mental illness, and the bloodsuckers with penises like knives are making residents’ lives miserable, leaving them covered with welts.
