Barack Obama in Kansas City: Teabaggers and commies stand side by side in the rain (slideshow)

For two rainy hours these Kansas Citians stood outside the downtown Marriott hoping for a glimpse of President Barack Obama. Kept at bay by crappy weather, snipers, and police barricades, it wasn’t much of a crowd. There were a handful of the faithful: a smattering of teabaggers, and one lonely preacher happy for a crowd that wouldn’t run away. But they all wanted a glimpse of the commander-in-chief.
