Bad Rabbits drummer Sheel Davé on funk and Poison; show Saturday at the Granada

Boston’s Bad Rabbits draw on a diverse array of influences to produce music that, at its heart, is designed to make you get down, shake your ass, and move what your mama gave you. The band’s hip-hop-laced funk was one of the highlights on this year’s Warped Tour, and the quartet looks poised to attract more fans opening for Taking Back Sunday and the Maine. That tour stops at the Granada in Lawrence this Saturday, October 8. We recently spoke with drummer Sheel Davé.
