Art Garden KC’s summer festivals find a new home in Berkley Riverfront Park for 2023
Art Garden KC’s Festival Sundays are moving to Berkley Riverfront Park for the 2023 season due to a new partnership with Port KC.
Every Sunday, April 2 – Oct. 29, festival-goers can support to 70 local artist vendors and check out activities such as music, yoga, food trucks, handcrafted clothes, jewelry, art, and more.
In collaboration with Troost Market Collective, Art Garden KC’s mission is to create equitable economic opportunities for creative entrepreneurs. The grassroots artist collective specializes in affordable, low-barrier vendor pop-ups and festivals and currently supports over 1,400 artists, makers & small businesses.
We are absolutely thrilled to host our 2023 season in Berkley Riverfront and can’t thank our partners at Port KC enough for this beautiful opportunity,” says Bethany Alzanadi, founder and Chief Executive Officer. “This is a dream location for community-centered festivals, we hope both our vendors and visitors will enjoy this new venture. We are anticipating what’s to come.”
The festival is a free family and pet-friendly event. A parking lot with a limited amount of spaces will be available on the east end of Riverfront Drive.
