An Update on West Regional tickets for the NCAA Tournament

The NCAA Tournament is heating up and we have reached the Sweet 16. There are a lot of Cinderellas left in the tournament and fans are excited to see how the field will dwindle down to just four teams. In the West Region, the teams that are left are the 1st seeded Arizona Wildcats, the 4th seeded San Diego State Aztecs, the 6th seeded Baylor Bears and the 2nd seeded Wisconsin Badgers. These four teams are battling it out for the right to reach the Elite 8 with Arizona and San Diego State squaring off against each other and Baylor and Wisconsin also matching up. The games begin today as the Badgers take on the Bears in the first game and in the second game it is the Aztecs taking on the Wildcats.

Tickets remain available for the West Regional from PrimeSport, with the average ticket price currently at $235 and the get-in price at $104. With a relatively high amount of quantity still available, ticket prices should drop as we inch towards game time, as they’ve declined approximately 25% over the past seven days.

For Saturday’s Elite Eight matchup, tickets right now available for as low as $42, though the average price is higher than the first session, currently at $359. Based on who ends up victorious in tonight’s games, this ticket prices could fluctuate quite a bit. If Arizona goes down, tickets will remain pretty inexpensive, but if they can knock off the Aztecs, expect a mild rise in the get-in price.

It should be fun to see as these four teams as they fight to reach the Elite 8 and eventually the Final Four and the NCAA Title game. Fans for all four teams in this region will be watching the games very, very closely. For any fans of these four teams in the KC area, it’s not too late to see your team play this weekend!
