All WaterOne customers under a boil advisory

Following a water-main break around 7 a.m. today, WaterOne is telling all of its customers to boil their water before drinking or cooking. In a statement, WaterOne informed customers, “All residential and commercial customers are advised to boil water for a

minimum of two minutes before consuming or use bottled water for

drinking until the advisory is lifted.”

The utility added, “Unboiled water is safe for bathing.” That doesn’t seem very comforting. WaterOne’s website appears to have crashed. But, if you have questions, its phone number is 913-599-9911.
