Alfonso Blair homicide: Police looking for old white guy witness

Independence police say an old white guy could be the key to helping them solve the killing of 18-year-old Alfonso Blair — if they could just find the guy.

Independence police are looking for the witness to the June 19 killing. Blair was walking home from a gas station near Oxford and Independence avenues around 1:15 p.m. when he was shot to death.
