About those ‘Hopeless’ and ‘Unbelievable’ billboards around Kansas City

If you’ve driven to the airport recently, you may have noticed a couple of cryptic billboards with one-word messages: “Hopeless” and “Unbelievable.”

Over at Reddit’s Kansas City page, there’s a little debate going on over what they might mean, including one fellow who says they’re “prototypes for a new type of neurally directed marketing.” Sadly, the truth is way less interesting.
