A city that doesn’t work — flooding edition (videos)

Better keep your waders in your car. You never know when a 10-minute burst of rain will flood Kansas City’s streets. Westport flooded again, no surprise there. Actually, none of the flooding was a surprise to anyone who lives here and realizes that the city’s infrastructure is crap. But yesterday was another chance for local weather watchers to bust out video cameras and capture some really amazing flooding footage — as long as that’s not your car stalled out in the water.
