Patricia James found dead inside a home on East 13th Street Thursday morning; death being investigated as a homicide
The victim of Thursday morning’s homicide has been identified as Patricia L. James.
James, 57, was found dead inside a home in the 6600 block of East 13th Street around 7:40 a.m.
Police say the cause of James’ death has not been determined but is being investigated as a homicide.
