Best of KC 2026: KC Craft Ramen… emphasis on craft

Earlier this month, we published The Pitch’s annual Best of Kansas City issue. You can take a peek at the results of the readers’ poll here. Alongside traditional recipes, this suburban restaurant invites special guest chefs from Japan who provide a top-level cultural experience and culinary virtuosity. From a live tuna cutting to Tenho-style Ebi Chili, KC Craft Ramen always has something going on.
