Creature Feature: Meet sweet Nadene

Unfortunately, this sweet pup, Nadene, has been with Saline Animal League since December 2022—over 600 days. Hard to believe because she’s about the sweetest girl around! She loves kids and wants nothing more than to be a couch potato with you. She’s amazing on a leash and takes correction extremely well! Nadene previously had no interest in being around other dogs, but over the course of this year, with training, she has come leaps and bounds! She has found one of the male dogs that she just adores, Hunter. They are both about the same size and a similar exercise level, so we are thrilled she’s found someone to play with! Even though it sounds like a small step, it is big in the world of Nadene and her future. She’s currently our longest resident and we would love to find her the perfect family after all this time! She is terrified of men, but with slow introductions and patience, she can adjust just fine.
