Lawrence Democrat Paul Davis making a bid to unseat Sam Brownback in 2014
Paul Davis, the House Minority Leader for the Kansas Democratic Party, plans to run for governor in 2014.
A campaign and fundraising website has popped for the longtime member of the Kansas House from Lawrence.
Davis indicated on his website that a formal announcement would come later on.
