Whiskey Tango Foxtrot
Debauchery mecca Whiskey Tango (401 Southeast Outer Belt Road in Grain Valley) has moved its Bike Night from Wednesday to Thursday, making the event into one long vortex of live music and rowdy patrons.
From 3 p.m. until 3 a.m., bikers can rev their hogs, enjoy the Harley babe contest and survey other bikes in the ample asphalt parking lot. Horseshoe tournaments on the enormous concrete patio — 9,000 square feet, precisely — are a new addition. Live rock bands rotate for five hours straight while the bar’s Whiskey Girls provide libations. With sponsorship by Blue Springs Harley- Davidson, plenty of high-end machines are on hand for gawkery. Frankie D’s has the tried-and-true bike night, but Whiskey Tango offers a spacious biker playground that demands an open-road trek outside the metro.
