Double Eights by Megan Bourque

Kansas City artist Megan Bourque creates illustrations that are result of watching much television and reading few books. The sometimes bare and always colorless compositions are a liquification of American counterculture and domestic nostalgia that create a primrose path of civil absurdity straight to the viewer’s frontal lobe.
