BRGR founders adding a new restaurant in Prairie Village, Lenexa?

Restaurateurs should listen to the readers of The Pitch more often. Alan Gaylin and Glynn Roberts, the founders of BRGR Kitchen + Bar, the clever burger joint voted the best new restaurant of the year by Pitch readers, are apparently looking to expand in the Corinth Square shopping center.

Joyce Smith at The Kansas City Star has the story of the new concept, Urban Table, an upscale pantry serving wine, sandwiches and salads; it would open in Prairie Village in late spring.
