One dead after rolling gun battle at 6th and Monroe
A man was fatally shot Sunday evening after a rolling gun battle that ended in the 700 block of Monroe.
The victim is described as a black male, about 20 years old.
Kansas City police arrived on the scene at 7:18 p.m. and found the man
with life-threatening injuries. The man died a short time later at a
local hospital.
